Youth Theater Ensemble

Young Theater Ensemble (YTE), an innovative program that simultaneously encourages teens between the ages of 14-18 to aspire to achieve their dreams, enhance their interpersonal development skills and self-esteem. YTE utilizing a performing arts model as a powerful tool for educating and inspiring students to work collaboratively to write & produce theater productions that addresses subject matter germane to the community. As a part of the YTE program model, stipends are awarded to youth participating in the program. In addition to educating young people on social and professional responsibility, this initiative, imparts knowledge, on-site life coaching, and mentoring.

Young Entrepreneurship Program

The Young Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) serves as a driving force for empowering teen entrepreneurs. YEP, in partnership with the After-School Matters (ASM) program, is commited to transforming aspiring youth into successful entrepreneurs by teaching them the importance of owning and operating their own businesses via the multidisciplinary arts. This program based initiative offers youth participants an extensive hands-on curriculum, teaching ethical business practices, business plan development, personal finance, customer service, networking and conflict resolution. By introducing this program to high school students, they gain the prowess needed to launch a business, create jobs, and secure their future. The youth are armed with the appropriate skills and confidence required to become influential business owners in their communities.

Youth dance Ensemble

The Miracle Center desire is to provide a team of skillful, disciplined and creative youth a safe, and encouraging environment to learn the many different styles of dance that Musical Theater encompasses.

 Participants work collaboratively to enhance the quality and complexity of all productions, while building their own college and career readiness through auditioning workshops, an enhanced repertoire, and exposure to dance and theater professionals.

Youth Film making program

A well-rounded entertainer is a working entertainer. So, this theater class is designed to put all types of theater students through an education in film making. More than an introduction, this class will take you through the film making process by developing, shooting, and editing a short film. Along the way you learn what makes films successful and what goes on “behind the scenes”. We will have advanced learning and lots of opportunity for independent work. Theater students will come out having the edge in their career, knowing a different part of production.
